MASSAROSA

The territory of Massarosa is located in Versilia, in the north of Tuscany, overlooking the Lake of Massaciuccoli. It is a protected area of the Migliarino S.Rossore Natural Park, where you can admire different species of birds both migratory and non-migratory. Its a tourist spot where you can take long walks, cycling trips and countless riding excursions in a flourishing green area. Geographically Versilia is said to be a strip of land between two lakes, the west bank of the Apuan Alps and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Going north the Lake Porta and going south the Lake of Massaciuccoli, which Puccini loved so much.
